Does the website have to be built by Tramila?
No. We also maintain websites built by third parties. We first review their technical condition and confirm the scope to identify existing issues.
Is a paid initial tune-up mandatory?
Not automatically. It may be needed depending on the installation. If prior work is necessary, we explain and quote it before adding the website to maintenance.
How do Evolution hours accumulate?
The plan includes up to one hour of small changes per month, which can accumulate for up to three months. Larger developments are assessed separately.
Does this cover any ecommerce or custom development?
Ecommerce, custom developments or critical infrastructure may need a specific proposal. The initial review lets us define the appropriate scope.
